advantex® combines the economical features of a mineral scrim, with the positive characteristics of a needlefelt. This results in a high temperature filter medium, which is not only low in cost, but provides the flexibility and efficiency to ensure lifetimes and outlet emissions, which are comparable to many conventional high temperature needlefelts.
condutex® is our product range for customized conductive filter media. This media is tested to DIN 54345 part 1 and 5 by accredited institutes and is also tested during production.
With microvel® the direction is now heading towards zero outlet emissions. By using the micro-batt technology, which results in a significantly higher filtration surface and -efficiency, we are leading the way with a new generation of micro-webbed needlefelts
antafin® a highly effective, anti-adhesive treatment for greasy and oily dusts. Resistance to acids, hydrolysis and other chemicals is increased and at the same time the cleaning performance is improved.
With membratex® the surface now offers a “cake grab” feature which encourages the build up of an homogeneous filter dust cake. This filter cake is essential for the reaction of additives with most harmful flue gas components.
With optivel® we use the positive features of different fibres has enabled us to manufacture blended needlefelts for a wide range of applications The blend of PPS and PI in filters on coal fired boilers and the blend of PAN and PES in cement or metallurgical applications, has helped to achieve far better results than either 100 % polyester or polyacrylic felts.
createx® involves the combination of an optimised needlefelt with a PTFE membrane. This development has made it possible to add to the existing characteristics and advantages of a modern needle felt, combined with those of a PTFE membrane, resulting in the lowest possible dust emissions and the highest filtration efficiency.
mpt is a microporous coating based on polyurethane for GUTSCHE filter media. The product has been used successfully in technically demanding applications, with difficult to handle dusts, materials and gases, especially where an extremely low emission rate has to be achieved.
sparktex® is a heat protective barrier that prevents damage to the needlefelt substrate. It effectively protects against sparks, smoldering, glowing and burning particles and provides a high separation efficiency.
